CALL FOR MUSICIANS
DEADLINE MAY 18
Georgetown Heritage Arts and the Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) are partnering with the Embassy of France in the US – Villa Albertine to host the 2026 Fête de la Musique – Make Music Day. We invite singers, church choirs, jazz combos, rock bands, glee clubs, classical musicians, marching bands, mariachis, DJs and musicians of all genres, ages, and skill levels to apply to perform in the event’s third edition in Georgetown. This year, Fête de la Musique - Make Music Day coincides with Capital Pride in DC. We invite all to celebrate that same spirit of inclusivity and expression through the universal language of music.
The celebration is set for Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 4 PM to 8 PM at 10+ outdoor locations throughout Georgetown’s commercial district and from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the French Embassy, 4101 Reservoir Road, NW, Washington, DC.

Applicants should be available to perform live in the Georgetown commercial district or at the French Embassy on June 20, 2026, during a 40 to 45-minute set.
